This project refurbished an existing outdoor patio. This area is near the swimming pool and the owners wanted to turn it into a more welcoming and pleasant space. A new barbecue fireplace and pizza stove were placed on top of the concrete counter. The corner wall near the house was covered in stone to create texture and to draw interest. The island was designed to receive a beer gallon and a built-in beer tap on top of the counter. Seats were designed so that the owners could have hosts near while cooking.
The house was built in a sloping site and below this outdoor patio there is the garage and a deposit room. The deposit was refurbished into a private artisanal brewery with sliding doors to allow the space to be integrated into the garage in order to facilitate the circulation of goods and host friends.
