This project is a residential house designed in 2020 for a couple with two children that wanted to build a two-floor house with all the social areas on the first floor and have the second floor dedicated to the private areas. The programming for the ground floor includes the living room, kitchen, garage, laundry room, deposit, pantry room, service bathroom, social bathroom, guest room, barbecue area and exterior bathroom and a swimming pool. The second floor has 3 ensuite bedrooms.
At the back of the site, a smaller house for the owners' parents was designed with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, walk-in closet, and one bedroom.
